We offer refunds and compensation for services provided by us. This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about your right to receive a refund for services purchased on our website as well as describes the procedure, rules and guidelines relating to the refunds. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund.
We may offer returns in the following conditions:
1. If the service has not been performed at all or not as intended.
2. If the service performed was different from the one ordered or requested.
3. A full refund will be made if the department is in error.

At TELORCA we sell virtual products and render services, We deliver our products to users via Switch, Server, Application, etc as it suits your product and business.
At TELORCA we sell virtual products and render services, No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.
The following are to note:
1. If the service has not been rendered and deployed, A full refund will be made.
2. If the product work has been started, TELORCA may retain an appropriate portion of paid amount.
