Mobile Terms and Conditions

You agree to receive automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from TELORCA including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply

  • To opt out of the text messaging program, text the keywords STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT our shortcode, 10DLC, or Toll-free number to cancel.

Client terms and policies

 Telorca LLC takes steps to verify each client that uses the Telorca services and all data is available to law enforcement upon request if any issues arise.


Telorca LLC is a voice service provider serving voice service subscriber lines and therefore are eligible for and are taking STIR/SHAKEN implementation extension received under 47 CFR § 64.6304.


All of the voice traffic we pass- through on our voice network is authenticated with STIR/SHAKEN. The voice traffic on our network is subject to the Robocall mitigation program


 We have Fraud Detection via intermittent call recording on our switch which provides reporting to help identify suspected illegal Robocalls. Our team makes each client go over a detailed onboarding process making sure all FCC and USAC criteria are met. Clients need to share the campaigns in detail with transcripts and share their Traceback Screenshots for the past 12 months. We reserve the right to deny interconnection with clients in case the team is not satisfied with the details provided.


Post the interconnection, we closely monitor all traffic for the clients to make sure everything is as per the ITG regulations. In case any fraudulent activity is seen on the network, the Client is blocked immediately with a one-hour notice. Post a detailed investigation of the reported issue, the Telorca team has the right to decide the future business with the client accordingly. 


 Use of the Services for transmission, distribution, retrieval, or storage of any information, data or other material in violation of any applicable law or regulation (including, where applicable, any tariff or treaty) is prohibited. The Services shall not be used for any unlawful activities or in connection with any criminal or civil violation and the Services shall in all cases be used in compliance with applicable law.
